They can find such obscure things to give as "perks". Waived Lost and Found Fees?! What a strange perk, how many times do you really need to use that! Haha
This is the norm for them. Offer perks that seem good but once you realize what those perks really are you see they suck. They do it to drivers all the time. The best is when they offer you a perk find out it's not beneficial to them that they made a mistake so they just take it away. They give you some BS excuse. There is always a catch or something negative that comes along with that perk. They know how to spin things in their favor. They think everyone falls for this BS but not all of us are stupid. In over 2500+ rides Ive had to return an item maybe 12X. All while doung Uber. Have never had anyone on Lyft leave an item but I've only completed 200 Lyft trips.
