RIDEGURU
Today, I scheduled an Uber XL ride to Matheran for 19th March 2021. However, after booking the ride, T&C showed that Uber does not guarantee the scheduled ride. But one of the posts says that guarantee applies to UberX, XL, Black, Select, and SUV. This is confusing.

Sorry for the confusion! To our knowledge, this program is slowly being rolled out around the country and expanded to XL and X services. Perhaps, it has not been enabled in your area yet?
