Hi!
Lyft does let you book ahead, but only in about 30 cities across the US. For more information on how to schedule your lyft ride in advance and check if this option is available where you live visit this article here.
For scheduling rides with Uber click here.
You can use your partner's credit card on your Uber or Lyft app! It does not matter if the names match up.
