I want to know if either Uber or Lyft can pick up my party of four at Port of Miami and drive us to Disney Springs in Orlando? If so, what size car? Cost estimation? Is there a surcharge?

and Miami and Orlando aren't that far apart. Like 230 miles, 3.5 hours. People, especially locals, drive it all the time.
