Rideshare for Elderly parent

Is there a service for elderly parents that would provide a preplanned trip service for a limited number of places - i.e. church, grocery store, drug store and possibly doctors visits.  Mom is 87 and can get around fine on her own - she just can't drive any longer due to poor eyesight.  She is also able to pay a reasonable fare similar to Uber so not looking for something free.  We tried Uber but the app is too complicated for her because of her eyesight issue.  Alternatively, is there something for blind people?  That could work well also.  Something she can talk to rather than have to try to read.
