Airport Vans are recommended. Uber and Lyft may not be good options.
For such a large group and with luggage, we suggest you call and make a reservation with an airport shuttle service that offers vans.
For example, here's a company that offers "'Airport Shuttle Vans" that can accommodate up to 10 passengers. They require a reservation, but for catching a flight, this should not be a problem. https://www.redy2go.com.au/
Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft will not work for you as their largest vehicles can only hold up to 6 passengers. You could order two cars, but then the cost saving would go out the window.
