I am trying to figure out and guesstimate how much would a car be from 422 Congress (Austin Tx) to the Howard train station at 2am on Thursday. The estimates are fine but they don't account for the time!
Can you tell me how much a car would be at that time? Regular times its about $24
As long as you don't hit surge pricing or high demand pricing, the cost of your ride should be the same regardless of time! This is (for the most part) the standard rule across rideshare companies.
Some taxi companies on the other hand, might charge a slightly higher night rate that would be in effect at 2am. Usually this will only be a few more dollars above the estimated fare!
