transport around indonesia

Hi all,

My family and I plan to visit the beautiful Indonesia on 13th Oct. I would like to have opinion on when should we land in jakarta to avoid the traffic. we are 4 adults and 2 kids. would it be better to take Uber before the 2pm in jakarta?

2. we plan to go to safari in bogor. should we take bus, rent a car or use uber?

3. after bogor, we want to also visit bandung. again, not sure what we should take to go to bandung.
