My phone was broken late last night and I may not be able to get a new one till later today because of work constraints. I signed up for and wanted to use your platform till I get the phone thing fixed later this afternoon or evening. However, when I selected Uber and identified myself with Facebook I am given a message that my phone number is already associated with an account and can't be transferred. I need to make an appointment right now and my phone is incapcitated. What should I do?
On Lyft, is there an app for windows because, here again, as with Uber the Lyft app is already on my cell phone. Please advise.
