Uber and Lyft currently operating in San Francisco, CA?

I'm planning to visit San Francisco during the week of Aug 4-7.

I must be technically challenged, because I'm having difficulty determining by googling whether Uber and Lyft are currently operating in SF and will likely be doing so in early August.

Is someone able to verify rideshare operation status in SF at this time?
