Uber for Dog Walkers, Wag, is not doing so well

I guess these dog walkers keep losing the dogs they are walking. Maybe the Uber method isn't best for everything... I mean personally I wouldn't want a stranger walking my dog.

It looks like the real fault is with Wag, who makes them take pictures and write posts for each of the dogs?! No wonder the walker was distracted!

I could have told them that.  Dog walking is supposed to be a routine.  It doesn't have to be ordered in an ad-hoc/on-demand fashion.  Why pay the overhead?

The app is cool, but I feel like it should cost a one-time $0.99 and it'd be P2P between your local dog walker and yourself.  Anything more is..again, an overhead.
