It looks like the real fault is with Wag, who makes them take pictures and write posts for each of the dogs?! No wonder the walker was distracted!
I could have told them that. Dog walking is supposed to be a routine. It doesn't have to be ordered in an ad-hoc/on-demand fashion. Why pay the overhead?
The app is cool, but I feel like it should cost a one-time $0.99 and it'd be P2P between your local dog walker and yourself. Anything more is..again, an overhead.
