Uber from adage to TFS

I'm seeing 70EU price for taxi to TFS from Adaje (urbanization Palmer's del sur) 4;45am (for a 6:30am flight to Madrid) is that fair for a 15 minute ride? Is it sue to time of day? seems crazy high! I have Uber app I use in Canada but doesn't work to book this trip (at lest not here in lanzarote)...?
