Someday they are going to have to stop subsidizing cars. Whether they will pay drivers more is another question.
They never will pay the driver more.
Renting an Uber scooter costs 30 cents a minute almost nationwide, UBER X drivers get paid 21 cents a minute in Los Angeles. Sure scooters are worth more than drivers. I guess they figured they own the scooters.
