I have a unique, to me, problem. After I confirm my destination and pickup location with Uber, this is what I get:

I want to use Uber but this happens regardless of destination. I tried to call but the number is only for drivers. As a rider, I do not seem to count. I no longer drive and I need this. When this first occurred, I had a doctor appointment. I tried Lyft, but they had no drivers and I cancelled my appointment. Please help. Thanks.
