Yes, you can set multiple schedules.
Yes, you can set multiple schedules inside the Uber app. They will all appear inside your app under "Your Trips."
Caution: Do NOT try to schedule multiplel rides too close together. If you try to schedule two trips that are too close, Uber app seems to ignore the second request. At the time of this writing, there seems to be a little bit of a bug where the app seems to confirm the ride is scheduled but not record the schedule.
Also, even if the app lets you schedule two that are close, if on the day of your travel, two schedules overlap, i.e. the first ride is still underway as the time for the second ride approaches, the second request will not be triggered.

I was also able to break the app when I was testing it. I tried booking something for 3:00PM and another for 2:55PM, and, even though I got a confirmation in the app, I never saw the 2:55 PM entry appear.
I tried again for 2:55PM, and then I got an error.
Then I checked my Inbox, and I saw a bunch of confirmations saying they were booked but then when I opened some of them, it had "None" shown for pickup times.
I cancelled all the rides under "My Trips", but I wonder it they will all show up now. Scary.
