I see ZERO. as a 45 year veteran of pax service, Uber is new to me, no input of any kind when logging in going online, the Philippine call centre serving us in New Zealand offers zero answers to any queries, can you assist please?

How many drivers have logged on.
Where.
Zones.
Opportunity- where are riders waiting.
I a ride 15 miles away, without knowing if it's a 3 minute grocery trip ,( this happened) how can driver protect himself
