  They must have paid her a lot to get her to communicate that BS. It's sad, but people think that men are the ones holding women back. The truth is, while there definitely are men who don't want to see women succeed, it's often other women who stand in the way. The women who are successful today know that they worked their a** off to get where they are, and they don't want to risk it by associating with helping other women and being at risk of more women competition. Women need to lift each other up! Glad Liane is out of Uber, hopefully she doesn't get placed anywhere near a human resources role in the future.

  It helps that most rideshares are cashless, meaning all passengers are required to keep a credit card on file in order to take a ride. There is no option to pay in cash, which reduces the number of people who might otherwise potentially try to skip out on paying cash.

  This happens in taxis more often when people try to escape the car and run away before paying.

  It charges extra if you are in an UberPool ride and you are riding with someone else. I think it depends on how long the trip is how much the extra person costs. Either day, it's defintiely cheaper than the standard Uberx.

  As long as the car says the same license plate as the app, idc. but as a passenger, i would never get into a car that had a different plate than the app told me

  I think he is a lot better than Travis. But at this point, it's a little hard to tell. Right now I think Dara is focused more on doing damage control for all the things Travis messed up on. Uber's reputation isn't that great, and Dara has said that one of his goals is to help change that and bring Uber back to the public in a positive light.
