Is it more profitable to drive in the middle of the night, maybe when people are coming home in the early hours? Or during rush hour?
Will I make more money at night or during the day as an Uber driver?

If your a newbie I suggest a split shift ,am rush and pm rush so you get get a feel of how to handle passengers .
it depends on what your schedule is like outside of driving from uber.. do you have a family? do you have a day job?
i can say from experience that working nights on uber has been great since i work another job during day.. usually i will do my other job during the week and pick up a friday or saturday night trip when my wife and kids are home. it's extra money and i can still spend the days with them on weekends.
Surge pricing is in effect both of those times so it probably doesnt matter
Uber drivers dont make any different depending on what time they drive
It depends on where you are driving. And how much you care about drunk people in your car
