   5 years ago in  Rideshare Cars have more germs/bacteria than a toilet seat. Do you agree? What do you do to keep your car clean?

  What does this mean? Rental car bit, I understand but what about the thing on taxis. 

  Is it saying there even more germs in taxis?

  A new study finds rideshares carry triple the amount of germs as rental cars.

  This reminds me of how my brother used to work at Best Buy temporarily during the holiday season, because they had to ramp up on their staff for the season. He loved it because he could get the employee discounts on anything. :)

  Oooh, you have to report back once you get the hang of it. I would love to hear your experience. All the good bad and the ugly. 

  One question. Is there a deadline or some kind of delivery timeframe you have to stick to? I’m curious how dictated your day is when you have packages in your car. 

  What if I only have a four hour window? Will they work? What if I need to take an hour break but I still have a few packages left?

   6 years ago in  Can a Uber driver be arrested and held responsible, if he is pulled over and the rider had drugs in their possession?

  I am not a lawyer but I can't imagine the driver being held responsible for the passenger being in posession of illegal goods. I would think the police officers will understand that the Uber driver has no control or limited control over what the rider is carrying. They cannot be expected to know and as a service provider, the enforcement is not their responsibility.

  I understand why the question is being asked though. I too have heard scenarios where the driver got arrested for his friend having drugs on them.

   6 years ago in  SFO airport is unfairly giving out $100 fines to ridesahre drivers

  Maybe it is.  but Uber is redirecting them to the drivers.  LOL  

  This goes back to the Employee vs. Contractor discussion again, right?

   6 years ago in  As an UberX driver, do you provide gum, mints, water, charger to your passengers?

  It's interesting that many of these driver answers are to do with keeping the cars clean.  I have a new appreciation for how much care goes into this.
