Can someone explain the $5 cancellation fee for Uber?
This annoys me so much. I just requested an Uber and it said 2 minutes away. Great. I go outside … -
How much do I tip my uber or lyft driver?
I know I can add a tip now through the app, but how much is enough? I feel bad sometimes … -
Should you make out with someone in the backseat of the Uber? Will I get a lower rating?
I'm just curious what drivers think about this, and if making out in the backseat of an Uber would make … -
My Uber driver charged me a wait time... Wait for what?
I took an Uber this morning and noticed on my trip receipt that there was a "wait time" fee added … -
OMGGGGG Uber is SO annoying. I left my phone in the car and had to go an hour and a half to get it. And then they charge me $15! I met him near his house!
I'm sorry but I don't think this is fair. I had to travel 1.5 hours to get my phone back …
LITERALLY HOW is this even possible
Wait.. increasing per minute rates. Doesn't that mean that if you are sitting in traffic, the fare will be much higher even if it's a short distance? That isn't fair to passengers!
I don't think it was because you weren't going too far, it was probably just a busy area to pick up and the driver could not find a place to stop.
This happened to me before, except it was throw up. I knew I smelled it but I didn't notice that it actually rubbed off on my leg since I sat right on it.. ew , ew ,ew!
There may be a lot that are "better" than Uber.. but when it comes to cost I usually find Uber is the cheapest. which is unfortunate
surge pricing made simple.. hah.. that's ironic. I will never understand surge pricing! They're just trying to steal my money and give me a higher fare! It's crazy! Even the upfront fares sometimes change afterwards... they do whatever they can to make money
You know how hotels can have pet-free rooms? I wonder if there is such thing for Uber... or if there ever will be... especially if you have an allergy.
I love this article - I'm totally torn. I don't know if I should schedule my ride in advance or just wait for it to come on-demand. Sometimes it just takes so long for my ride to get there, but then again, what if I'm done sooner than I planned?
