  Is Lyft the same as Uber? I feel like I hear about more sexual assault cases with Uber, but rarely do I hear Lyft. Is it just because Lyft is a bit smaller?

  that is probably that most disgusting story i've ever heard. definitely report it to uber right away

  You can dispute the fee if you think you shouldn't have been charged. Uber might be able to credit your account if it's a legitimate reason to cancel

  check to see how many miles are on it, and compare that to how old it is. you can usually tell if the car was used for a service like uber if there were a lot of miles in a short amount of time

  Uber has been struggling to make a profit for a while. Their main objective of the express pool (which i think you are referring to) is to get more people to like them by giving cheaper fares.

  If your driver goes out of their way to help you, you should reward them. I find it's better to give a good tip when the driver goes above and beyond, even if it's technically 50% of the fare.
