As long as the walker or wheelchair can fold up in my car I have no problems with this (I drive for Uber X). If you have a motorized wheelchair that wouldn't be able to fit in a normal sedan then maybe you could try UberWAV? I have never used it but it is supposed to be a wheelchair accessible vehicle for the same price as an UberX. Unfortunately, I don't think Uber has rolled this out in every town and city yet.
