I am starting a job that's 14 miles away that doesn't have local public transportation to/from my home in South Loudoun County, VA.

I don't drive and I don't want to rely on my wife to give me rides. Carpooling possibly not available because of the Pandemic.

So I am looking at different Rideshare apps. Price very high each way with Uber and Lyft. Is pooling through these companies coming back soon? Any other way to save money?

I bet sharing services like Ube Pool will be coming back soon. Uber Pool actually opened back up in Sydney!

Do you have a community forum you could write on and see if anyone else is in the same boat? Perhaps you could carpool with a neighbor and give them gas money.
