Not typical with on-demand rideshares, but you could.
With car services you can book through companies like zTrip and Limos.com, you can schedule your return and roundtrips easily.
With rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, you could theoretically reserve and schedule a ride for your return leg, but it may not necessarily be doing any good. For one, rideshare companies do not give discounts for roundtrip fares. For two, as they are "on-demand" services, making a reservation does not guarantee you a ride back. It depends on the availability of the drivers in your area at the time of your return. (So in essence, it is the same as you requesting a ride when you are ready to come home.)
