Yes and no. They can see it later on the earnings statement.
Yes and no. The driver's Lyft app does not immediately show the tip amount after a trip. Therefore, you do not have to worry about retaliatory review on your account.
However, Lyft drivers do receive earnings report that shows every drive they have given. On this report, they will be able to see how much they have made on each trip, including the tip amount. (Remember that the drivers will not have access to personal information such as name and profile after the trip.)
