No, the ratings are anonymous. They may be able to extrapolate in some instances
Your ratings of the drivers are submitted anonymously, so they will NOT know who left the reviews.
Timing? Nope. Riders provide their reviews at various times, so there is really no way to figure it out by timing. Also, remember that drivers see aggregated rating scores of themselves. Not individual ratings.
Of course, the caveat is when and if the driver has very few trips. So theoretically, in this scenario, the driver may be able to extrapolate!
