We are a small product design studio who believes ridesharing should be a pleasant experience for all drivers.

Uber and Lyft are taking shortcuts and the drivers are the ones who has to suffer. In order to make improvements, we need to dig deeper into the challenges drivers are facing today.

The results of this survey will be shared in this post for your own interest. The survey will take 2-3 minutes.

We would love to hear your voice.

We have a lot of exciting ideas at the moment, but we need some more time to target the pain points before we pursue anything specific. We want to make sure there is a high need for the product we are creating.

If you need a survey to find out what the challenges are about rideshare, you've been living under a rock. HIGHER PAY? Start there, good luck competing with the killer squid Uber.

A direct change in the rideshare company is not easy, but we wish that higher net pay will be a main outcome of what we are trying to acchieve. Less car depreciation, minimal time cleaning the car, higher tip and rating from rider etc.
