Not sure how this is any different than any other driver on the road tho. Anyone could have a medical emergency at any time.
yeah but this is a commercial driver, carrying a passenger. there should be a higher standard.
Has "under the influence" been ruled out? Medical Emergency is so ... not descriptive.
Poor guys. Driver and passenger.
