Deactivated

Ive been driving Uber about 3 years. It’s my only income since retirement. Dec 2017 I was hit by a drunk driver while parked in a parking lot off duty. Uber just ran a new background check and deactivated me for having a fatality accident on my record. I’ve settled with insurance company for damages never new it would cost me my job and income. Is there anything I can do. I’m a 4.96 rating 90 percent acceptance and 0 cancellation rate driver
