Hi how are you...I'm in very hard time position since January I was working with lyft past 3 years 4.9 rating 7k rides but all of sudden this one passenger put me on spot for racism which is false report and the lyft safety department not willing to believe me especially the agent who had my case I've tried everything to convince this agent but no he didn't even care at all to believe I did not have dash cam otherwise I would put this passenger behind the bars but I've been very helpless and not enuff money to support the family and this lyft and uber are very horrible they have no feelings for others at all I understand that theirs is law and rules but only if I was wrong I've not done anything rong at all not even comment that passenger any suggestions what can I do please help me out
