How big is Uber X?

Medium or full-sized sedans.

UberXs are medium or full-sized sedans, such as Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, with a capacity of 1 driver and 4 passengers.

For luggage, you have the trunk/cargo space to use, plus the room that would have been taken up by passengers.  So if you have 2 people riding the car, then you have 2 seats to put some luggage in.
