Do you mean Florida, NY?
If you are coming from Florida, NY to New York, NY, it's only about 1.5 hour, and you can take a taxi, limos, or rideshares. You can see the options here:

However, if you are coming from Florida state, then, it's a whole different story. I am not sure if taking a rideshare or taxi would be the right choice, as the trip would be 18 hours and 1200 miles.
