Numerous answers to this one, and it depends on whom you ask, which service you take, etc. It's not even so much "how much to tip" but whether to tip at all.
We hear from many Uber and Lyft drivers and many claim they get about 5~10% when all things considered, e.g. certain people not tipping at all. (which is significantly lower than the traditional ~15% that taxi drivers get.)
