Limo services are often not tipped (traditionally speaking)
Limo services traditionally have not required tipping. You are given a price at thet time of the reservation, and you pay through your account like credit cards or pay through your business/company. They are considered leisurely transportation and do not involve executing a transaction at the end of the trip. It's also very rare that there'd be any cash transactions.
This trend seems to be changing slightly with the emergence of livery drivers now driving under the vale of rideshares, but even with UberBlack, people do seldom tip (especially compared to UberX.) This is more of an expectation by the general public.
The thought is slightly different when a car is hired by a timeslot with multiple stops and pickups. This is more popular for events, parties, bachelor parties, etc. People tend to tip, say, 20% of the total at the end of the night.
