Next, you want to make sure that your Uber app is updated and is the latest version.
If you still do not see the options as outlined in the instructions, it is possible that Scheduled Rides is not available in the city, or at least in the area you are trying to schedule a ride for.
The icon is supposed to appear to the right of the text field that appears on the main screen. If you do not see it, it could also be that maybe your account is not in good standing? You may want to check with Uber on the account status (such as your payment methods) with Uber customer support.
Caution: You should not schedule a ride for trips departing from the airport. This will cause issues when your flight is delayed and you shouldn't have to anyways, as wait times are usually very short at airports. Furthermore, Uber for larger airports do not allow rides to be scheduled from airports.
