If someone claims that he or she comes to the wrong address and want me to drive to wherever they want, should I drive them to their place or not ? Does uber or Lyft charge them for new destination ? Also, if they refuse to change destination on app and want me to change destination or just drive with Google maps, should I do it ?

I only deliver passengers to the address listed in the app. if they want to go to a different address, they need to change it in the app before we arrive at the original destination.
