Is it possible when booking an Uber to the airport to make sure they have an infant carseat? Which is a rear facing car seat. If so, how would I do that? Can I also book an Uber in advance? The quote was 166 for the locations I put in, would that need change the rate drastically?

Uber Car Seat Option
Currently Uber does not have a rear-facing car seat option. They do have a service called "Uber Car Seat" but this only provides a forward facing seat and is only available in select markets. I would recommend bringing a car seat along with you or seeing if you can rent one at your destination.
In terms of booking an Uber ahead, you can do this through Uber's Scheduled Ride feature and it will not drastically change the price, if at all.
