No, but you can message your driver as soon as you request a car to let them know that you will need help with your luggage. Most drivers will be ok with helping you out with your luggage but if for some reason your driver is not then you can cancel your ride quickly and request a new one.
Also, if you have a large amount of luggage make sure to order the correct size car. An Uber XL should have enough room for luggage and multiple passengers.
