Not unless you run into a surge!
Rideshare companies keep their rates the same 24/7. However, if there is a high demand for rides at any particular time, some rideshare companies (like Uber and Lyft) will turn on Surge or Prime Time pricing. This will cause your fare to be higher than normal. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell in advance when surge or prime time pricing will be in effect but a good rule of thumb is to generally avoid rush hour traffic and heavily congested areas due to sporting events, concerts, etc.
