Last night a guy pissed and vomited in my vehicle. I did the necessary steps to get situation handled. I took pictures immediately. I submitted them like it said to do. And told i would be called soon. I got few emails stating what i had to do to get it fixed. I was told to get a quote or a receipt. I did both. i submitted everything and now I'm getting no emails. I have 5 star rating and have never had this happen. All passengers have been fantastic up until now.
Lyft stopped responding to me about passenger that both VOMIT and PISSED in my car. I got a quote and paid for it to cleaned.
The Guru Take
Re: Lyft stopped responding to me about passenger...
First off, I'm very sorry to hear about this experience. I know you're just trying to do your job and these types of situations are uncalled for. Sadly, we hear about this stuff all the time.
If you haven't heard back from Lyft, I'd recommend trying to go into their Hub if you're able to. It'll allow you to speak directly to a person and try to get this situation settled. Otherwise, the best course of action is to be extremely persistent.
If you want to try additional options, you could look for an employment attorney in your state who may be able to help.
