I cannot log into my account. The two step verification sends codes to my old phone number that i don't have any more. I keep getting emails saying I have taken and paid for rides in cities thousands of miles away. I had to use a second email to start an account for my new phone number, but these emails I'm getting worry me that I am being charged for rides/services someone else is using.

Try calling Uber. If that dont work go on Twitter and send out a tweet that someone hacked your account. I am hearing both Uber and Lyft address issues rather quickly if you put it on Twitter.
