Navigating From Paine to Ferry terminal

I MESSED UP and booked my flight into PAINE FIELD instead of SEA-TAC. 

I need to get (party of 3 adults) from PAINE to the Seattle Ferry Terminal bound for Bremerton on a Thursday morning. I cannot make ANY sense of the public transit or ferry schedule website so I am "depending upon the kindness of strangers"  to guide me through this transit process.

Will Uber driver do a Paine to Ferry ride? How much does is cost?
