I have been driving for Uber since February 2020. I have a 4.98 rating, 98% acceptance rating and over 1500 trips. 2 false complaints, 1 for ending a ride for refusal to keep mask on and one for supposedly saying something about a riders service animal never had a service animal in my vehicle. Anyways, 2 weeks ago I was driving 2 passengers on a round trip from hotel to store and back. We all know and so do the riders that they get 3-5 minutes at a stop then it's time to go. I advised my riders at the 7 minute mark. When they got back in the car they were abusive and and very mad. I ended up ending the ride because I starting feeling uncomfortable, and had a bad feeling the ride was going to get ugly. When I asked them to exit the vehicle they refused, using racial slurs and threatening me with physical violence. I then told them to get out of my car, I exited opened the back door and told them to get out. I had asked them at least 5 times to please get out. At this point the male reached over the front seats and grabbed my Samsung phone an dripped it out of the holder and charger. I jumped back in the front and tried to stop the theft at which time I was hit and battered by the riders. Upon them exiting the vehicle the female shouted that this was racially motivated, remember I was called the "n" word by them. I am white. I told them it was not, it was due to their actions. I called the police and filed charges. I immediately informed Uber of the incident and was shocked to get a notice of an accident. I advised what happened and provided them with dashcam footage of the assault and attempted theft. I have since been informed the my account has been perman…

I have since been informed the my account has been permanently deactivated due to violation of Uber Community Guidelines. Only they will not say which guidelines. I can only assume it's because I defended myself. Again the riders are being charged by the police. Anyone have any idea how I can get my account reinstated or an workable number to contact Uber corporate at?
