Generally speaking, it is not necessary to schedule or pre-order Ubers if you are arriving at an airport. There are usually plenty of drivers available waiting in a queue, and you can avoid complexities if your flight is delayed, for example.
If you are arriving at Terminal 4, you should first follow signs to Ground Transportation and then "Rideshare Pickup Areas". The one you want is located on the innermost curb in between Terminal 3 and Terminal 4.
