Picking up an Uber from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)
The Guru Take
Look for "Rideshare Pickup Areas"
At FLL Airport, there are designated rideshare pickup areas for riders to find their drivers. They labeled as "Rideshare Pickup Areas", but you should follow signs to "Ground Transportation" and "Baggage Claim."
There are two areas, and they are unfortunately a little bit of walk from the main exit gates.
- Innermost Curb between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2
- Innermost Curb between Terminal 3 and Terminal 4
There are plenty of rideshare cars available at FLL, so you should not have to schedule a car in advance. Simply request a ride from your mobile app to request a car waiting for you next in queue.

Comments
This is one of those airports where you have to walk longer and outside to catch your Uber than it is to take a taxi. Many people just see the taxis outside and instead of requesting an Uber, they just hop on a taxi
it's a conspiracy!
