Request Problem.

I am from Bangladesh. At present I am in Karolbag, Delhi. My advance request from karol bag to airport is being declined. The app is showing outstanding payment. Only I have 30 taka outstanding from Bangladesh. But the trip was cancelled by the driver due to traffic jam. And the trip is from 16.08.2018.

Now what Can I do?
