A social networking site conducted a survey about penalizing drivers when the cancel? Your thoughts?

Survey was conducted on app based taxi services. All I am going to say is they are put of their damn mind. My cancellation rate is very low if not 0%. I only cancel if rider isnt at pick up location after 5 min or I accidentally accept a trip while doing other things on my phone. They are out of their minds to expect full fare given to them for a driver cancellation. What about the drivers who lose 30/45 min per day on waiting on riders or getting cancelled? This is just ridiculous.

    What about those drivers who driver around the block waiting for the ride to cancel?! YEs they should be penalized!!
