I agree male riders tip more often and more $ then female riders. I also agree that female drivers seem to get more/better tips then male drivers. I believe conversation in general plays a big part if you get tipped or not. Although rare I have had a few riders that say nothing other than hello and thank you but still tip. These riders are usually business people headed to the Airport. You can tell they want to get work done and want no part of talking. I keep quiet, put the radio on very low or off, and dont say another word until we are at destination.
Study finds female drivers get more tips then male drivers. Most riders dont tip at all. Male passengers tip more than female passengers.
