I received the new TOS on or about November 25, I signed it to continue driving but as with the previous ones I opted out of the Mandatory Arbitration Provision. Please read the article I wrote for Rideguru in the Newsroom follow the step by step directions and opt out of Mandatory Arbitration, if you don't, you will lose the right to bring suit against Uber individually or in a class action format later on!
To all drivers who signed the new Uber TOS to continue driving, you're not late to opt out of the devilish Mandatory Arbitration Provision - Do it within 30 days of signing it!
