Traveling alone at night
You should be safe for a ride into the city to your hotel. Just make sure that if you are requesting an Uber or Lyft, you check to make sure the license plate matches the one on the app, and always ask the driver to give his/her name so you can be absolutely positive you are getting in the right car.
